Aaron is currently teaching theater and band at Braden River High School in Bradenton, Fl and has his music education degree from the University of Tampa.
Aaron is currently working on his master degree in educational leadership from Nova Southeastern University. Aaron marched Baritone and Contra Bass in The Magic of Orlando and Glassmen Drum & Bugle Corps for 6 years total.
After aging out of drum corps, he taught the Tampa Bay Thunder, the Kiwanis Kavaliers, was the visual caption head for The Magic Drum and Bugle Corps, and consults for many other top 17 corps. Aaron also spent a summer teaching marching in Japan for a Japanese Corps.
Aaron writes drill for numerous bands around the country and has been teaching high school marching band for 12 years.
Aaron is a proud member of the Central States Judges Association and judges High School marching bands from all over the state of Florida.

Nathan Dungan began his drum corps career as a member of the original DCI Tampa Bay Thunder in 2001. He also marched Kiwanis Kavaliers in 2002 and finished his DCI career aging out with Magic of Orlando in 2005.
He began his drum corps/marching teaching career by returning to Magic the following year in 2006 as a visual technician. Nathan has been teaching in the same capacity with State Finalist Braden River High School for the past 3 seasons as well as both teaching and marching with the Inaugural 2011 season of the DCA Tampa Bay Thunder.
Visual Tech - Joshua Senften

Joshua Senften began his marching career with the Braden River High School marching band. He marched with the FMBC Finalist band from 2006-2009. He started his drum corps experience with the Boston Crusaders in 2010 and marched again in 2011.
Josh began his teaching career at East River High School in Orlando, FL as a visual and music tech. He now heads the visual program at Eustis High School in Eustis, FL. He is currently a music education major at the University of Central Florida in Orlando.

Conrad is originally from the Midwest and has been in Florida for the last nine years. He attended Homestead High School in Mequon, Wisconsin where he was a member of the Highlander Marching Band. While a member he traveled with the band to London, England to participate in the New Years Day Millenium Parade.
He moved down to Florida and attended Seminole High School in Seminole, Florida. He was a member of the Warhawk Marching Band from 2001-2003 and participated in various BOA regionals.
Conrad has instructed various high schools and for the last 3 years has been with the Braden River Marching Band of Pirates in Bradenton, FL and currently serves as the Percussion Coordinator.
He is currently pursuing a degree in music from the University of South Florida.
Visual Tech - Jennifer RussellSend Jennifer an e-mail 
Jennifer Russell holds a BFA degree in Dance Performance.She marched in the brass line of the DCI World Class Division finalist Boston Crusaders in 2005, 2006 and 2007 and was a member of their visual staff for the 2008 production titled “Neocosmos”. Jennifer won the DCI Individual and Ensemble Dance Division competition in 2006 and 2007 with scores of 99.0 and 99.5 respectively and was featured by DCI in the February 2007 issue of “In Tune” magazine. She was the Visual Caption Head for Wharton High School for two seasons and has worked with the Visual program at Braden River High School. Jennifer currently teaches at Dance Studios in the Tampa Bay area as well as at Dance Workshops held around the Country. She also teaches for the University of South Florida, performs professionally and judges competitive events.
